Not anymore, the pink ones are Fluffy, and Butterscotch and one of the other pullets. The blue green ones are the Azurs, the rest I don’t know.

that does not surprise me, I have seen similar behaviour, the silkies are good at pretending to not see a bug or something, they will peck around and nonchalantly look around then at the last moment snatch it up and run like crazy hahaha.Sorry, no pictures, but I have to share because I am laughing so hard.
I was cooking today and had a lot of kitchen scraps for the Princesses.
I took two containers out during the afternoon while they were out foraging and they came rushing in and really enjoyed it.
So this evening, as it was getting towards dusk, I went out with a third container to lock up the coop for the night.
Everyone mobbed the container and it was mayhem.
Babs and Bernie marched into the coop and up onto their roost. The Pentagonists saw that and followed.
As soon as the Pentagonists were distracted by their nighttime squabbles, Babs and Bernie got down off their roost and RAN to the container and ate up all the kitchen scraps.
Maybe it was just random, but it sure looked like the Odd Couple conspired to trick the Pentagonists out of their treats!

My barn is very nice and cozy, and it’s been very mild here this Autumn and early winter. It’s also supposed to warm up again tomorrow, and rain by Christmas Day, won’t be a white Christmas here this year. Which is fine by me! I do not like winter or snow or cold weather.

You need to ride many many many horses to gain more experience. If you were here you would be up on all my nags. And you would have to figure out how to handle each of them
