Quite the wild water there! My sister would drop of her ordest when she was a baby for a sleep overI would say she was only about 3 months old then, it was more so my sister could sleep haha.
We never had any problems with any of the kids - if they woke at night we would change them in low light, give them a snack of a small bottle, which they never finished as they would fall back to sleep. 15 min tops awake! Not sure how my sister would spend hours with them awake…?
When my two lovers got older them would sleep over and play ‘camping’ we put a huge foam ball n the living-room floor and they sleepy thereNOT in our beds that’s for sure! Sheesh those kids where all over the bed sleeping - legs arms flailing rolling around - one could get a black eye from them sleeping! As bad as the cat taking up the whole bed - pushing you off the bed hogging the covers

Can’t wait till next summer for a thunderstorm to give the chooks another ‘lake’ to play in!
I feel sorry for your roo. It's cold and misty out here....Lights out. Right after I snapped this photo. I think the roo wants more sleep. It’s dark and raining outside.
But I had to take him out to his ladies. Now he’s outside with them… cocorico, cocorico! I’m starting to think that he’s better off as an indoor rooster than a yard ornament (as PonyPoor puts it)I feel sorry for your roo. It's cold and misty out here....![]()
