Lovely sunny day - should dry out the mud nicely. I am out here fixing the hawk netting on flag poles on the other side of the Chicken Palace. Taking a rest as it is a bit tough on the shoulders and upper arms.
The Princesses however are having a grand old time bathing in the sunshine.
I think five of them are here.

I know what you mean. Putting up chicken wire is not so easy either. Hard on the arms and shoulders.

Two-fer Tuesday
Please tell these two dunces that it is too cold to be sleeping on that perch. They have been warned time and time again and just won't listen.

That is what their Hooman Servant is for.....to gently carry them off to bed on their heated perch (um, 'arm')...just like an English 'Lady's Maid'.

The Princesses hanging out under the netting I installed in the other side.
Chickens are such time sinks. It is already afternoon and all I have done so far today apart from paying my insurance is hang out in the Chicken Yard.

The door is right behind them. So a short lecture the length of your average 30 second TikTok dumpster video and a lift into the top is what they get. Along with goodnights.
