Do you pipe all those icing shells and decorations yourself?!

Well....sorry Nota! your going to eat sugar cookies tonight to use up the frosting!
I am truly in awe of your ability.
I am a pretty good cake maker - I make different kind of cakes from the ones you make - i substitute a lot of the flour with ground nuts which makes them moister and more dense than many traditional cakes. I like to make up new flavor combos - my personal favorite is hazelnut, sour cherry, and chocolate.
But, I cannot decorate to save my life. Best I can do is slap on some buttercream or make some lemon drizzle.
I have a piping kit but somehow most of it comes out the wrong end and covers my fingers!
Maybe I should take a class.
