She is in the garage in the brooder tent, all by herself lonesome. I hate keeping her by herself but she is eating the meds on her own and I don’t want anyone else getting it before she does.

Our other two residents came to us in April as chicks. My wife raised them until they moved outside and then they became my responsibility.

Hattie is our lavender orpington hen. She has not starting laying yet but i expect she will once the days turn longer.

Jabberwockie, Jabber for short, was supposed to be an Easter Egger hen, however, he is clearly not a hen.

He and Hattie are inseperable.

Thanks for sharing the pictures- all your birds are gorgeous. I’ve always thought chickens are pretty. Looking forward to more stories!

Poor guy! He can't seem to get away from her ~ she sticks to him like adhesive

She and Betty - those two are sooooooo bad! Oh and he loves those two, and won’t do anything to hurt them. Silly boy!
