If it’s in the desk at work it’s not there anymore! I bet. One of the guys has found it and absconded with it for sure!

Mr LC will protect my cache of chocolate I am sure!

See folks, at least she’s admitting that there was possibly a Snickers bar in the drawer.

I’m an M&Ms guy actually. Peanut butter filled, and chocolate covered are my favorites. And I wash them down with DrPepper

😳 that’s a lot of sugar!

She’s a beauty - reminds me of a whiskers and Misty ♥️
TY...💗 She was a purebred Blue Ameraucana (not an EE) that came from a private breeder out of State ~ she was a Florida customer order missent to me while my Calif order was missent to Florida. I have to assume the Florida customer was just as devastated w/ their order too but of course the flaky breeder wouldn't divulge that info ~ I never got a total refund from the breeder's obvious gross mishandling of the whole experience of mailing sick birds plus mixing up the orders :(. I was supposed to get 2 pullets & got mailed 1 pullet & 1 cockerel instead ~ while Florida got my 2 pullets order! Gemma didn't pull thru & had to be put down at the vet but the cockerel got well from cocci & we found him a good home on a friend's farm rescue.
Such a sweet gorgeous rare boy but he was supposed to be a pullet! BFTP 2015

It's no wonder we started going to a feed store or local breeders to pick up future birds in person. W/zone restrictions in our suburbs we obviously can't hatch our own birds.

Poor guy has to sleep in the coop. The mosquitoes have a feast at night. He rarely gets pecked by his girls, and his alarm cluck is set way too early for this retired guy, to keep him in the house, (as I did with Sir Jaffar) but I do slip up calling him Jaffar on numerous occasions.
He's so sweet 💗 . Heads up info ~ You're in Calif like me. Keep an eye out for those mosquitos. Their bites can carry fowl pox in heatwave weather. Keep an eye out for little white spots on face flesh, wattles, or comb on chickens. Catch it early to treat the spots daily w/ ophthalmic triple antibiotic ointment which is safe around eyes (Amazon) before it becomes wet pox in the eyes or trachea. Keep bird isolated during treatment till all spots are completely healed around 2-3 wks. Good news is that once a chicken gets fowl pox they have immunity from pox the rest of their life.

I have a pic of Violet w/ dry pox but she's smeared w/ ointment in the pic. She had spots on her walnut comb/beak & on her ears & face skin.

This is for PonyPoor,
I have been buying Canadian food for the chooks.
The Black Soldier Fly larvae I get is a product of Canada 🇨🇦 and I purchased two more bags today. My usual friend from church, didn’t attend sadly. He missed a great sermon about the need to be humble and rules against narcissism! ( I preach a good sermon sometimes, and I’m so handsome!). Haha. Just kidding
.
I listened online to Pastors Holthaus & McGee today but I'd listen to your message too if you were online 🧡

Soldier flies? We got the mealworms, soldier flies, & dried shrimp mix but our birds didn't like it. It smelled very fishy so we went back to using just mealworms again & the birds are happy again:idunno

Note: do not feed your beloved chooks things they don’t like!! Tomorrow, get in the car and buy them a watermelon. They like that, and maybe even forgive you for your insurrection!
