She made it!! I can't believe that even with a drop in temperature to around 60 degrees for hours on day 21, then warming in a heating pad tent, and then being placed in a amazon box incubator with a heating lamp and varying temps and low humidity, this little chick SURVIVED! Now I just have to come up with a good name...and somewhere to raise it in the house, lol.

congrats! so happy she made it! i’ve had my little crippled silkie in the brooder since it started getting cold out. because I didn’t have any babies yet, I put a stuffed pig in with him. while at rural king last night, I saw they have the stuffed chickens for 1.00 and they had a fresh batch of chicks too if you are looking for a buddy.
