ETA: Good idea about the roof. I was out shoveling for about 3hrs yesterday and didn't even get 1/2 way done. Maddening. :he

Surprising what you can learn about people/things from them.
They are some Great people very willing to help you here.
Some of them (including ME) are very blunt spoken.
