My girls haven't started yet Normally they're laying by now.

I hope they start soon! I got chicks late in the season Last year (June) so when they started laying it was The middle of winter And they had no reason to break like the older ones. My older hens took a long break though. Stopped in September and didn’t start again until January, but I was patient with them! I hope yours start again soon, and I’m sure they will with spring right around the corner!

Alright! This made a super nice breakfast as well as a great photo. My entry is #85 “Perfect Fried Eggs”

Simple but amazing! I dropped in two eggs from my EEs and got to work.

Then I Sprinkled on salt & pepper, flipped them and...

Here it is! My perfect fried egg (I ate the second one before I could get pics)

This was lots of fun. It’s a great excuse to make a mess, even though I’m not a first class chef
