I'm looking for a good knife for processing any recommendations

well i don't like to sharpen in the middle of processing.. so I get one with a replaceable blade I did 5 cockerels and a turkey with one blade a couple of weeks ago.. I do sharpen them but they say not to.

Having a blow-out diaper, finding papers to eat, whining that he can't put a box that he dismantled back together.

I can't get a knife as sharp as I need it to be, I just haven't learned how to do it yet. So I use replacable bladed knife as well. I can do 3 birds (throat slitting through evisceration) with one blade.

I used to sell extra roosters at swap meets. Lots of people process their own in TN.

My wife is happy for cockerels that means fresh chicken for her and she loves that

I can’t bring myself to cull and don’t want to send them to that fate. If they were horrible roosters that would be one thing.
I know it’s part of having chickens and no judgments for those who can do it. It’s just not in me. I’m a big softy and I know it.

I did get 2 eggs today! Another on the floor but that makes 3...for the year. Silly girls.

Good Morning RJ, you are up early. I am such an addict. Woke up to use the bathroom and had to check BYC. time to go back to sleep!

I'm always checking here, if I don't, I'm 20 pgs behind. This is like my NASCAR addiction, I'll be watching the race and I'll have the NASCAR app open so I have the current info on the race, which is always about a min ahead of what is aired. That way I always know where my favorite drivers are. I'd lobe to get Siriusxm, out had a dedicated NASCAR station, but sub is almost $70/mo to be able to get that station, have to sub to all of them I don't want all, just that one and maybe a couple more, they need to have a pick and choose option, x number of stations at x price, maybe a little more for premium stations. I'm not gonna listen to 100+ stations, only 5 or 6.

Anyhow, of to ruin (read as run) errands, see y'all in a bit.

ps. it's 46* here, nice t shirt weather. Course it's t shirt weather for me (long sleeve included) til it gets below 37, then I might add a light jacket . Gotta love being almost middle aged woman.
