Official Squatch Watchers

I totally get it FNF. I would have thought that too except for that mondo long icky grossness.

The capillary critters are often in the crop and esophagus.

I would totally treat her with valbazen.
As soon as I get home she's getting it!

I recommend treating them all. Don't forget about egg withdrawl too.

I think it is from first dose until 2 weeks after second dose.
That's 3ish weeks of no eggs. :(

X2

Have you massaged her crop to see if any more come up?

My current temperature is 93° with 59% humidity and my feels like is now 106. I am done in the yard for today. Also here’s an interesting article for all you gardeners out there. Always wear your gloves, and don’t scratch your face!

Ps. I think in that article there is a link to a map. I looked at a map last night and it’s all over North Carolina and many many states.

Where do these nasty things originate? Bad enough we have tons of poison ivy and Virginia creeper, which i am allergic to.

She wasn’t gaping when I first got home. Standing outside at least. Gave her the Valbazen. The others will have to wait till I can pluck them off the roost tonight. She wasn’t gurgling and making noise either.
Once I got her a little riled up she made a little noise and was gaping again.
Her crop was pretty empty. I did massage it and nothing else came up. Her breath isn’t great. Not sure I would say sour but smelled different. Poor girl. I hope she’ll be ok.

article says
"Giant hogweed is native to Southwest Asia, he said, and was first seen in the United States in 1917, when it was brought in for ornamental reasons."
I had some in a fence row between me and my neighbor ..I sent him the picture and a link telling him not to touch it... he asked why..I guess he didn't read the link

I used a 60 gallon bag over it, disposable gloves, eye protection, ratty clothes(like I own good clothes lol) .. double bagged it left it in the sun. rolled it up and put it in a feed bag and put it in the garbage
