I think they’ve got another week in the nest. Those mouths are still bright yellow.
Maybe you could take a piece of cardboard and hold it over them like an awning and just spray the ceiling.
They hatched right around the 13th. I have a picture dated that day with one still in the egg. I will come up with something.

Maybe drape a towel or something over top of the birds and the nest when/if you spray?

I get phoebes building nests at my farm too. Their nests can be a pain, but the adorableness of those birds are worth the brief mess.
