First off excuse my dirt iv'e been cleaning the yard getting ready to mow. But I checked the nests and Marlene laid me one that isn't normal ANYWHERE! Yeah, don't try to hatch that one. Dirt? What dirt? You should see how dirty i get around here. Sometimes hubby won't let me in until i take off the dirty clothes! Worried i might mess up the sofa.
Terribly sad today, i found a single baby rabbit born with its organs outside its body. Fortunately it was already dead. I have not been breeding during the extreme heat. Now that it is cooling off , i was hoping for some babies to cuddle.

Aw Cappy sorry about the bun, it happens but its awful when it does. I'm not hatching any Marlene eggs ever again, she only gives me big goofy roosters! I don't want to know what kind of fella is in the wrinkle bean. I'm much dirtier now lol! The grass is mowed and iv'e got turtle pee on me, was just moving the turtle! It looked like it had had a hard life, little chips and chunks gone so maybe the pee was justified.

Good morning! @staceyj good to see you're still above water! @apryl29 sorry about the car it stinks when they just go with no warning at all! Check car rental places, they sell off cars pretty cheap and they've been serviced like they should. Well second morning of the littles just roosting, opened the door and there was my line of kids big Beavis on the end everybody just nice and peaceful. There has got to be something wrong with this bunch, they're way too easy.

Chicky! I forgot all about rental cars! Last year I was returning one and told them the service reminder came on while I was driving back and they said it didn’t matter because after the miles I had just put on it, it was now for sale.
It was enterprise. They always take care of me.

My current car is 14 now. I got it when it was 4 years old. I've gotten some good use and put a lot of miles on it (no idea how many b/c I haven't seen the odometer in years), but def over 200k. Thanks to the salty winters the bottoms all rotted out. I was planning on replacing it this year, but things came up and it seemed to be doing well enough that I was hoping it'd make it to spring.


Well people w/ $$ need to stop paying so much for cars so poor people can afford to buy their used ones. Unfortunately I'll need to get a loan for it and I'll be lucky if I can get one for a car that's 6 years old.


My car before this one was a fleet car and worked really well while I had it. The transmission was going though & it didn't help that my ex blew up the engine (did you know they need oil?).. I gave it to my brother who loaned it to a "friend" who got it impounded. I really liked that car, it would have lasted a lot longer if I hadn't married an idiot.


That's horrible. My cousin had a car like that, except she was the one who was in an accident (the other guys fault) their ins came and looked at it and gave her a check for the damage, which she accepted. Then about a month later I was driving behind her and I could see the back of her driver's side tire. The entire frame was shifted and no one noticed.
I had a friend who just traded in her car b/c she was having suspected transmission issues. It wasn't very old, but she didn't tell them and the mechanic looked at it, didn't drive it.. I always wonder if they realized the problem or if it just got passed onto the next unsuspecting owner. I hate buying cars b/c you never know what their history is b/c people are horribly dishonest.

THAts why spending the $30 on getting that car fax is important.

They do it at my work too. I work in a public library and I've had people get super creepy w/ me. Like asking me to come to their house to fix their computers & people asking me my name. Not in a typical customer service kind of way b/c I don't work w/ the public. There was this one guy who came to one of our branches like it was his job. Would tell the desk people he was 'going to lunch' and would take his lunch box outside and eat, EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. then come back in to continue his 8 hour stretch of playing video games at the library. One day we were prepping a server install for after they closed and this guy waits til I was the only one in the room and says really creepily "Is your name April?". Luckily my one coworker, a rather large intimidating man, came in during this and helped me out. It's still a running joke in our dept... I've worked hard to make sure I appear unapproachable when I'm out in the public now. People stay away when you look like you could rip their head off at any given moment. Unfortunately my boss keeps forgetting that we have creepers here and sends me out to deal with them. Once a guy came in w/ his laptop and couldn't get it connected to the wifi.. b/c it was infested w/ malware from looking at adults sites. So I'm trapped having to help him & he tells me his wife doesn't like that he looks at adults sites and DATING sites... I got the feeling he was trying to gauge my reaction. Then he asks me to help him delete his adult content. I was so uncomfortable. I talked to the manager out there and they're no longer allowed to come get me to help patrons. I keep getting guys who specifically ask for me. Out front they've been told to refer them to the reference people or the manager. If I'm at work and I'm nice it's b/c I'm being paid to be nice. Why don't people get that?
