I wish we could have ducks.Tomorrow I will refill the duck pool. I am 1000% sure they won't wait for it to finish filling before they hop in.

I did not know that about drakes.They are quite messy with the water. While easier than chickens in some ways.....that water mess can be a real chore.
They are fun and silly though.
It is the only way I could keep a male bird since drakes are quieter than the hens.
