Here's a vid on how to make the hook. The T Handle idea sounds interesting. Supposedly, they will instinctively step up on it as they are nearly comatose after dark. Then you just lower them down to the second person who picks them up off the perch. To much light is also not good. Working a net in tree limbs and a tight run is no fun at all.
