Sam, I forgot to mention that the safety glove is wonderful for the killing station, for cut-ups and for cleaning gizzards.
I saw those at academywell i don't like to sharpen in the middle of processing.. so I get one with a replaceable bladeI did 5 cockerels and a turkey with one blade a couple of weeks ago.. I do sharpen them but they say not to.

OMG these answers are SOP for me!!
Up until a few weeks ago, I used to joke that the PIC was a tumor, since he was surgically removed (c-section)..... and then I read where someone posted how women who have had c-sections aren't really moms because they didn't *give birth*....
