I got the nest box on the bunny cage and mama bunny is installed in her new digs. I was wondering if her fat belly would fit in the hole, and it did! She was in there chewing on wood and digging around. Stuffing her face with hay and putting it in there!
I cut new legs for the bunny condo that are 4x4s because i found some pressure treated scraps. And attached them to the sides of the condo. I covered the top of the condo with hardware cloth, and hammered it on. I hate working with that stuff, i always get scratched. Any way, i figure if i take the tin roof off later to use for the lean to the bunnies will still be safe. The latches for all 4 doors are on now. So i just have to put on the feeders and set up the watering system. I would have taken a picture but it was too dark by the time i finished .

I guess the address I provided didn't link http://wheremapsfail.wordpress.com
ok since you know about breeding barred birds...I am getting barred pullets out of black hens (or white which I doubt) and a mix roo or 1/2cx roo. The hens were either out of a BR or BJG hen under the mix roo who is not barred that I can see. How is this possible? some have strong barring and some are more polka dotted
I have 2 barred hens so I first thought i had put the wrong eggs in the labor day and halloween hatches, but the thanksgiving hatch one barred was still with her brood and the other was molting and not laying. There is one barred pullet in that batch.
I can get pics tomorrow

Pics would be helpful, from everything I know, it shouldn't be possible....

Oh you better be kidding woman lol! I've heard pink, brown and now peach. I'm selling these eggs to a newbie who wants a chance at colored eggs from "pretty hens with beards" I'm feeding a brand new addict basically. Told her about the chance of extra toes, honestly though she was going to hyperventilate. :lau
I wish I could've been there...
