Official Squatch Watchers

@Chickassan punch him dead in his nose to save me from having to do it. I am SO po'ed at him right now I can't begin to tell ya.

And, @apryl29 the house smells very fresh right now. Got the ozone thing to clear the living room of animal urine smells, and my damn Wiggle dog decided yesterday was the BEST DAY EVAR to go ahead and pee on the carpet AGAIN... first time in MONTHS.... :barnie
Hmmm.... maybe he thinks he needs to remark his territory. Good to know it works. I need a tiny one in my car. it smells like feet.

@apryl29 I was going to ask the name of the vet in Middlefield. It's not super far. If the prices are better and the vet is good I'd make the drive. Generally I have to take the dogs once a year and if there is an injury of some sort. For the most part they are all pretty healthy. (Knock on wood :fl)

Coraline (the kitty) was much nicer last night. Snuggled up to me and fell asleep with her head in my hand. I think the drugs were a little more in effect then she looked when we first got home.

Got a look at her incision too. Looks great! And she now had a teal tattoo. LOL

At 14 with parent permission it's legal in Ohio to tattoo that young. If you find someone willing to do it though it's probably not who you should trust with something so permanent.

And there is a big difference between a $100 tattoo and a $100 a hour tattoo. Cover ups are difficult and just, if not more, expensive. I'm figuring the solid black hands to form a heart was a cover up.
The vet is Countryside Veterinary Service (440) 632-9181 Their website is: http://www.countrysideveterinaryservice.com/
It looks like a big red barn. There's a pic on their fb page:

I told her she needs to wait until she's older and she's giving me all these ideas she has. I told her she needs to wait so she doesn't end up w/ something stupid down the line. I know wayyy to many people with youth tattoo regret. I don't *regret* mine, but I regret that the guy used too big of a needle and the one on my ankle is blurring.
Did I ever tell you about my ex's tattoo? Please note, both of my children are still living. For some ignorant reason he got a tattoo on his arm when my kids were youngish, he got a tattoo on his arm of angel wings with the older child's birth date in the middle and the younger one's just below it. Which anyone w/ an iq above 6 knows that that indicates the child(ren) is/are dead. It's been a while now and my kids said he's going to get it fixed b/c he finally realized how it looks.. I assume enough people have given him condolences on his living children's death that he feels like a moron, which he should. But what gets me is that NO ONE said anything to him before he got it. Not his wife, not his friends, not the tattoo guy.

Can i whine today? I am still waiting for my 48 hour report on my biopsy. It has been 47 hours now. And my boob hurts and its red. And i have poison ivy. Ok, whine over. Carry on.
Whine away. Then have some wine.. or pie, or ice cream.. whatever you like. You deserve it. Does heat or ice help? I'd offer you my tub, but unfortunately you're a little too far away.. but if you'd like to make the drive I'd gladly clear out all the laundry I've piled up in there in an effort to hide it. I'd even wipe the hair and dirt out of the bottom for you.

How'd you get poison ivy Cappy? Also hate that they're making you wait till the last minute on your hooter update.

@CapricornFarm wash wash and wash again. I always liked Tecnu Extreme soap. But anything that will get the oil off your skin is good. Then wash everything else. Clothes, sheets, pets. You name it. If it could have oil on and be washed, wash it. I’ve had poison ivy too many times.

Thanks @apryl29. I’ll have to give them a call and see what they say.

Poison ivy is rampant here along with Virginia creeper , which i am also allergic to. The vines get as big around as my arm! And dead vines look like sticks. I am constantly picking up sticks, for kindling and because it is a mess around here. The oil is on the sticks. I should wear gloves but then i would be wearing them all the time when i am outside. I hate gloves but i may have to start doing that. Poison ivy is one of the many reasons i want goats.
Right now is 48 hours from when i left the hospital. My anxiety is at an all time high. Waiting for my 8 year old Xanax to kick in. You know they won't give you an Rx for Xanax any more. You can tell i don't abuse it if i have pills that are 8 years old! They think everyone is an abuser these days!

My heart hurts.

I found out what happened to my poor missing pullet.

I was cleaning up around the paddock. It has been too wet and miserable to do much of anything recently. Well, on really cold days, my FIL will take any shallow pan or dish he could find and fill it with warm water for the birds. One of them was a black plastic dishpan like this.

Well I picked up the upturned dishpan, and the poor little pullet was underneath, dead. She got trapped underneath and I assume she either died of cold the first night, or dehydration.

I feel so horrible. I didn't realize that something so light could be a danger to my birds.

I feel so sick about it.
