When I asked what it was it wasn't an answer that made sense to me. Our hvac guy is a young guy who works alone and isn’t like an “ac engineer” but he can usually figure stuff out and he is nice. He is also raising a little family. I’d rather pay him than some national chain. He has only once said he couldn’t come out that day. Turned out his wife had a baby.

This is what he said:

so @rjohns39, it’s currently running, l’m not 100% clear on what could have cause this one screw to cause a short every time it’s tightened down on the corner of this little modulator board, and
when I asked if it’s “fixed” or just “jimmied TEMPORARILY”
He shrugged and said , “Who knows?:idunnobut you’re running cold now!:celebrate That’s all that counts, right?”

BUT the unit is about 15 years old.
Upstairs unit is 8 (we think)
And no, we don’t have any warranty's. We though the upstairs one was still under but we just found out a thousand dollars ago that it’s not.

Good morning! So far lol! Everyone here is still alive and kicking. Early is still living it up in the run just getting randier and randier. He's drunk but FYI, he's a mean drunk...yep, my luck continues! Hopefully it stays sunny today so I can take these girls outside for a while, iv'e got to do a little pen repair first but nothing major. Odd thing, that faverolle from Meyer is a girl im pretty sure but she's already huge! She feels like she's filled with lead no joke and she kind of sumo dominates the brooder she's way behind on feathers too even the brahma has more. The dominique and ss pretty much look like teeny hens at this point. Iv'e just got a range of development happening in there.:)
 
So disgusted with the Pulmonology office i go to. Been there 3x, still no order for my supplies because no one can get a copy of my sleep study. I have tried to get it from the dr in fl and the supply company, and i keep giving them the info but nothing gets done. It is absurd.
To top it off, thought i had appt in lynchburg today but its next month. Why i even need an appt i have no idea as they do nothing anyway.:rant
 
Why are people rude AF when you're just trying to collect whats owed? They act like you're bothering THEM wanting your money! I'm not being a butt either iv'e given over a weeks grace period and i'm not even mentioning the fact my efforts to contact have been ignored. Lesson learned though with this person I won't lend again.:rant

So very true. So very very true.

I had to go to the clerks office for tags. No problem the wait was short.
I stopped in and paid the insurance. No problem I got there as they opened.
I ran to grab milk and flour. No problem parking was close and lines were short.
I got home after being gone just an hour. Problem!!!! Delilah chewed up a wall corner and trim. She did it even with bitter yuck sprayed on it!

Now how am I supposed to run the other errands and trust her tatery butt?!?!
To muddy outside due to rain.

I guess they get moved to tomorrow's list in hopes of dry weather.
