Technically, the answer should be yes. It's less likely that she will bring anything to the chickens, but far more likely the chickens can give her something. Read up on MS/MG and blackhead. Neither issue is generally fatal, but you'll want to know what the signs are and be able to treat should an issue present itself.
Most people assume all chickens carry MG and are pretty much immune to it. I had an MG outbreak when I first introduced my turkeys to the chickens. I treated them and it hasn't been back since. I've not had any issues with blackhead, think of it as chicken pox for poultry. They will pickup the virus from the soil, if it's present in your soil. No way to know until she's with you.
