Did she have ear infections too? That is often from adenoids but is related. It was a dark time. That insurance company didn’t want to pay and she had to have it x number of times within a certain timeframe before they’d review it.
Twice we got to within arms reach and she’s make it like an extra week or two and then we’d have to start all over again.
She was sick almost nonstop from age 3 to six.
I remember those days Ron.Did she have ear infections too? That is often from adenoids but is related.
It seems we go from one extreme to the other in the US. When I was growing up, Nearly all children had their tonsils removed
I had mine out because I had a low level fever for a year or two. I went deaf in the 4th grade from the bad adenoids too. It was like a Miracle when they were removed! Not only could I hear, but I had my energy back!I remember those days Ron.
Our family never had tonsil problems but the family across the street had five kids.
One week the three girls went in and all had their tonsils out together. Two weeks later the two boys went.
Omg! Thats horrible!
And thanks for the heads up to never tell you a really good joke at the dinner table !!! Lololol
. “Wow. I can’t belive it.” LOLNeed your help while we’re hiding from the bad guys.
Remember the nextdoor neighbor with the neglected rabbits?
Saturday she posted in her fb page that she had hit a dog on her way to work at 6:30 am.
“Right in front of its owner no less! Not a great way to start my morning!” Followed by an Angry face emoji.
For CRYING OUT LOUD!
How about the POOR DOG?
Or the owner?!?
(Yes there are leash laws here , but at 6:30 am on a Saturday, I’d say it’s pretty safe -generally- to take your dog outside to pee while you’re still in your pjs.
Hardly any cars going up and down the road.
*other than this one woman heading to work at the hospital who always leaves late juggles her phone and a giant mug of coffee while steering with her knees and drives like a bat out of hell in a 25 mph neighborhood.
By the time she’s four houses up the street she’s going at least 45.
Well, yesterday she posted
That they are thinking of getting
A dog.
This is what it said:
“Yes we are looking for a dog. I want a small adult dog with poodle in the mix. Let me know if anyone knows of a dog that needs a good home.”
How can I dissuade her?

might take care of the rabbit problemThe first time it happened I was eating rice. I laughed and choked a little then knew there was rice in my nose. I kept telling my mom and she was all “No there isn’t. It’s not possible.” I could feel it! But I couldn’t swallow to get it to move and getting a drink didn’t help. Finally a coughed a little and blew my nose real hard. 2 grains a rice. I held out the napkin to my mom and she. “Wow. I can’t belive it.” LOL
Maybe remind her that they can get hit by a car. SMH And all the other things like cost and time. Then add a dog wouldn’t get along with the rabbits.
hope hubby recovers quickSo, Thing 1 is on the mend. He still isn't eating normally and has diarrhea, but that's much better than when it is coming out both ends.
Unfortunately, DH has succumbed to the bug. He is only queasy and needs to be close to a bathroom so far. Hopefully he doesn't start puking.
