Good gawd woman! You need not ask!
Get in here, sit down, have some coffee and a muffin!
Then tell us what you been up to. :hugs

Thank, my friend! Let me go refill that coffee mug. Skipping the muffin cuz DH is getting bagels, then we're going to New Hope PA for a day trip. :)

OK, I'm back!

Last night I zipped through about 800 posts, so I have the gist of what's been going on here.

Rae!!! Congrats on the bebe, he's beautiful! :love And huge. I love all the pics of him and MD the first.

Suzi and Cappy, congrats on the new doggies!!!

Nunny, I'm so sorry for your birdie losses.:hugs Everyone, I missed your antics and friendship. Love and hugs to all!

So, me, I've just been working, basically. And it's very, very good. :) I think I found my "forever job," and will happily stay there until retirement, I think. Back in beginning of April I found a job working in a small school for emotionally disturbed, behavioral, and autistic kids. It's largely psychiatric school nursing. I'm very good at it, it turns out; they love me there, and I love them. And best of all, it's 8 minutes from my house!

I had a week off and tomorrow starts the summer session. Short days and a lot of trips, and I can keep working on reorganizing, catching up, and doing all the stuff the former nurse did not do (there was a ton, it was a very poorly-run office).

My DH, doggies, and chooks are all good! No chicken losses. My two babies grew into two neurotic juveniles who are still terrified of me. I will have to post pics. Hedwig (the Marans) is the ugliest, gawkiest, scaredest chicken I've ever had. Arya--my buff d'Uccle--is beautiful, but an airhead. They are very slowly integrating into the coop/run with Flower and the Littles. Flower, as always, is delicious, and a total spoiled little diva of a lap chicken. I'm seriously thinking of making her a therapy chicken at my school; I just have to keep her away from the psychopath kids (we have a "therapy chameleon" there, Rocco, who I am in love with! He is the most charismatic little green man).

I've been binge watching Game of Thrones with hubby. Holy crap, what a great show. It's turning me into a total couch potato! We can watch like 4 eps in a row before our azzes start getting numb.

My tillandsia addiction is out of control. I have about 60 now, and am totally out of room. My kitchen is turning into a jungle!

That's about it! Now, more coffee! :love ya's!

More sad news on my end. I’ve lost 3 of the Death Layer chicks. They seem ok then I find them near death or gone. I cleaned a whole new brooder and moved them into the basement. Moved the growth challenged frizzle to the coop. Going to place a call to Greenfire on Monday. It’s not the money. It sucks I’m out it but...the loss of life is worse.

Put the canopy on the carport frame. Not sure it will help with rain but the birds are loving the shade!

Morning folks :frow

As I got caught up this morning I just couldn't stop laughing :lau Thanks for all the entertainment...

In other news, I think I have a seriously broody girl in the upper pasture. My first that's stuck with it for more than a couple of days. so last night when we stole her eggs, we replaced them with fertile eggs from the green house (no rooster in her house). So we'll see what she does.

On another front, DW and I have been BYCing for the last couple of weeks together... And I think she's going to get her own account so she can join us.:D
Lady Bob heck yeah! You're welcome for a portion of the giggles.:D

Hi guys! :frow It's been a long time. Can I come in?
OMG! You're alive! :p

Yard is mowed. I wasn't done with what I wanted to get done but I saw Sable chewing on something.....what the what?!?
She had Tilly's collar and was destroying it. Yeah the collar is a goner. Luckily the tags are ok and my son had Delilah's baby collar (same size) so all is well enough.

Now to figure out how the tater she got that collar in the first place. :hmm

I am overheated and covered in sweat again. :sick

Hitting the shower. :ya
