I have been having first meal about 11 am, 6 hrs after waking, until Tuesday when I woke up dizzy. I have been eating last food before 7 pm.
Trying intermittent fasting to get rid of winter weight... and no gym. I did get back down to 154, but not lifting weights I am sure it's turning into fat.... I am 5 ft 2
ETA no wheat for me..or cow dairy
I forgot about the wheat. Maybe a piece of fruit.....apples are fairly low carb on the index bananas are the devil to me at a medium having about 30 grams.
I know it is summer but if you can eat oats maybe that will give enough slow carbs to keep you from hitting a dizzy low.
We will see how she feels when they are starting to crow . . .
