Preserving Your Harvest

I chop all my scapes and freeze them in one large ziploc bag. Just pull off a corner if I want them for omelets, in a dish, etc. I do can and have dehydrated, but scapes come at the end of the school year, super busy as a teacher, so the freezer is easiest for me in June! Lol

Do you blanch them before freezing?

Nope, just cut and freeze! (I suck the air out of the bag w a straw...they keep really well!)
