Then i had and still have to harvest as much Mustard-Greens as possible before the upcoming hard freeze on Sunday - of course it started to rain ducks and dogs, so i got "only" one Homer-Bucket full of greens...

Barely made a dent. Whatever i cannot harvest, will turn into green fertilizer in spring.
What am i doing with so much greens? - First i use Mustard greens like spinach (i.e. in omelettes) and like Parsley in soups and stews, i.e. Bean-Soup:
But i also freeze zip-lock bags with greens and use it during the Winter.
Smaller bags (250 grams) for the humons and larger bags (1Kg) for the Ducks. You should see the ducks digging into those greens in January/February …
