took baby to animal rehab.. never mind

the baby is about 4-5" long.. can it eat chick food? bugs only? i think it is in shock

give it some electrolytes in its' water, and try to make sure it knows how to drink out of a waterer....and yes, it will eat chick food. Also give it a heat source so it can get warm if it needs to. Also add a stuffed animal or something so it can snuggle up against it. Since it's a wild baby, it's used to the cuddle factor with mommy. Good luck!!
