    i must say Ive never once had an egg blow... guess after 20+ years of using incubators and knowing how to candle properly, you learn which is a good egg vs bad egg, then pull those bad eggs before that happens.. ques I'm just lucky

    Ruth even though some of the egg shells may be porous, they are still protected from bacteria by the bloom and or cuticle. porous eggs still hatch wonderfully. they may ship with a greater impact to them though with rough shipping condition..

    chickened, Then just feed yours corn and oyster shell..cheap diet with poor egg production.. also you can give water supplement, hopefully they wont splash it all out though.. I'm glad ours clean up there Lil bit of spilled feed, we keep our feeders up on Hollywood blocks less wasting that...

    What kind of diet are they being fed? sometimes its just the chicken and no matter what they are fed doesn't improve egg shell density. however sometimes it can be improved upon with better feeds or supplements added to there diet.. game-bird layer in most cases will help with egg shell...

    shipped eggs, the most important things, packed properly and fresh and fertile known by the breeder and what there breeding stock is doing.. one should have no problem hatching them. of course one must know how to keep there incubator going properly and make sure there equipment is working...

    Well they should produce rather easy with the leaky red.. I always liked the black breasted red on birds.. i did see some similar in some of the jubilee projects pens early on, but no pen space to deal with that at this time..

    most only show you what they want you to see, we all produce some cull birds/pet quality(=yummy eggs), thats a fact.. its never 100% show quality in any one single hatch. some may have major flaws and some minor, then there are the keepers if you show or keep for breeders that is.. nice buffs...

    That white hen may be hiding cuckoo, the plumage looks like it. There looks like a super light dusting on the outer edge of her feathers..unless she is molting..or its the lighting.. Nice...
