Can't get enough of baby Hattie! I watched this while sitting with Bella - she became very interested in Hattie's little peeps!

Speaking of that, how is Bella today? Hoping the heat isn't too much for her in her weakened state.

The day I found out that 2 x 4 is 1.5 x 3.5, I acted the same as if a kid found out Santa is not real.

Speaking of that, how is Bella today? Hoping the heat isn't too much for her in her weakened state.

Nothing good to say apart from she is no worse. I am keeping a careful eye on quality of life. I have sort of, nearly, maybe, resigned myself to the fact that she will likely not live through this, and I have prepared myself for that as best I can, but while she is still alert and interested in her surroundings I am going to keep trying.
She does sleep a lot, but she also spends a lot of time alert and watching everyone. The Hooligans come and spend time with her and she chatters to them.
It is a small life, but not nothing.

I think that he’s real! I’m blessed with many different things that I am sure he had a part in helping me receive. (So, never stop believing!)

I'm so sorry she isn't showing improvement, for her and for you. It's been a difficult path with Bernadette and now with Bella. I will keep some hope, as long as it doesn't seem like she has given up. Chicken are so unpredictable health wise, often for the worse but sometimes for the best .
Have you been monitoring her weight ?
