Good morning fellow fluffy butt lovers. I just wanted to chime in, and say "Have a great day"
I will be training my new roo today. yay. :ya
Update: found out that my new roo, has already been hand raised, by a caring family, and I don't need to do too much else. This roo is fantastic!

The ladies love to work
I did not realize that the coop camera picked up the ladies coming to the lower door when I came to the door to bring them across the field to work in the vegetable garden. Seems to me they are quite keen to go to work!
They are getting some serious air flying down that hill. Wow! They are definately excited.

New Friends

Come bedtime tonight, Aurora started making some strange calls from the big run. She was looking in the run without going in. She left, and Sydney then came over and was looking in the run by stretching her neck way out so she didn't have to get too close. That finally got me headed over to see what was in the run. This is what I found.

I know I'm not supposed to love multiplying bunnies, but I can't help it! They're so sweet!

Oh my goodness. There are baby bunnies in the chicken coop? What on earth are you going to do?!

I’d like to share a couple of things from over the last week. I’ve been adding thicker wire to the run, and I’ve had “help”.

Here is my WHS supervisor:

Here are Lucy and Charlie inspecting the site for worms and bugs and providing pest removal services:

This one’s a bit dark because it was taken at dusk, but I wanted to show you how chatty Nyssa can be. Here she is telling me she wants to go to bed. She also tells me when she wants to lay an egg.

I love this post! Such sweet fluffy feathered friends. I love how they all have unique voices. I think I could ID each one of mine just by the voice. ❤️
