Awakened with Sally roaring and coughing at 2am she did this all night, I was up at 4;45 to get breakfast. At 5:13 AM Mr Pompei started crowing, 5:30 a lone coyote howling in the front paddock, and again now.

Now just watching the Royal procession - the State Gun Carriage is now bringing the Queen to Westminster Abbey.

5:49AM, Sally still roaring coughing, guess I better get out there and give her some meds. The Queen would prefer I care for my horse rather than watch her procession I am sure, she was a good horseman and knew the value of ensuring one’s horse is cared for before one’s self.

Amazing procession though. I love watching a military parades, and tattoos - steeped in history 1000 yrs or more.

I got up early to watch too - lots of fancy uniforms on display. Only a few horses though.

I fell asleep early woke up at 2 and let the dogs out to potty. I fell back to sleep about 3 and woke back up at 7 just as my hubby is getting ready to leave for work. Went and fed the girls and chicks real quick. It's cold out 58 degrees.

@Ponypoor we finally got lots of horses at the parade courtesy of the Metropolitan Police and the RCMP.
