Here we are at a week old +/- a day and I'm getting impatient to see the first round of feathers. I did see shoulder pins starting on (I think) the feather footed one last night.
The "Fabio" shake is something I've seen on every single one of my boys and I never get tired of it. Hens can do it too, but it NEVER looks the same. (Sort of like a medium pixie cut trying to shake the hair like Fabio

Should be back at the in-laws this weekend. I'll have the opportunity to see how the others are growing and the ones that have hatched under the broodies. The co-broody pair is a very interesting mix. One is a jersey giant. The other is none other than one of the Cheetah x Thing girls. one of these
