You can totally do this... you’ve done it before for the sake of your baby, you can do it again, for her, yourself, and your family. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it!
I finally quit (completely) in 2017, with maybe three “slips” in 2018/19. Once while slightly drunk, once in a complete panic attack, and once when I almost broke my ankle.
