I am happy to report that I am finally caught up with the thread... for now! It's been a while since I've last been on here. The abandoned baby chick I found a couple weeks ago have been keeping me busy... I decided to name her Kiko, which means hope! She's doing well, but is constantly in need of lots of love and attention, not that I'm complaining!

Kiko has very impressive toes.

So now it’s Lucky. Poor Lucky has been ever so slightly off for a few weeks. It’s been very subtle. Today, not so subtle. She is REALLY not feeling well and I feel terrible like I have neglected her giving so much attention to Ruby. She has lost weight. I thought that was good, since been actively trying to slim them down for a couple years (though lately I’ve been bad with the scratch, since a friend gave me a large bag for them).

Ruby is status quo. Active when it’s cool and visibly not feeling well when it’s warm.

Millie is still broody, but I think we’re making progress.
Sad emoji for Lucky, but thumbs up for Ruby and Millie. What's going on with Lucky?

I can't say I take any pleasure in being proven right on this.
I can see a few problems with your proposed strategy for introducing two more odd looking hens; yes they are lovely, but....
I don't see a coop and getting Phyllis to roost with the newcomers as the main problem.
I have managed tribes, mainly because there was room for each tribe to avoid another if necessary. This just isn't possible in the run you have. It seems possible that instead of having one hen being bullied you could end up with three hens being bullied. While vaguely similar looks may encourage the Polish tribe to stick together, the fact that the two newcomers are being introduced as a pair could still leave Phylllis isolated.
Shad, you are being practical again.... :barnie Good points though.

If you are extending the run Bob, perhaps you could add another side in, making the run a square instead of a U shape. Maybe add more vertical space too. More corners and perches means more places to hide.

Still, they have all summer and Autumn to get used to each other.

What a sweetie. Look at the size of those feet! 🤗 Hi Kiko :frow

Will you take her out to meet your regular visiting chooks or would they attack her?
