I was pulling your leg...just a little bit. That being said, those pics are great! Now if I could only figure out how to peel them without breaking them. I think the soft boiled would be fantastic for Scotch Eggs, but 90% of my hard boiled eggs pull the white all over anyway. I am making notes of everyone's methods to try....with high altitude adjustments...Really? I feel like you're pulling my leg, but here goes...
