I even move the fluffs, Ella, and Bobi(Ellie) into the larger pen. I finally got a few close up of Ned's partridge colored feathers coming in.

Are you sure those are partridge feathers and not dirt?

It's good to see everyone is where they below belong. You and Rich did a really good job.

Lucky is looking quite beautiful this morning.

I accidentally posted this in RC’s thread, but meant to post it here.

Minnie Surprised Me!

So I’m in the run with the chickens and they typically like to get on my lap. However, a couple have poopy feet. So I brought out a package of baby wipes and I was gonna wipe off the foot of Bridge’s and a foot of Dorothy’s. Well, Bridge is molting, resisted and I was squawking a little bit trying to pull her foot away. Amazingly, Minnie, who is a low ranked hen, came to Bridge’s rescue and was trying to tell me off. So cute! I’m so proud of her!

Good for Minnie! Hens need to stick up for each other. How dare you clean her feet. You should be thrilled she wants to put her poopy feet upon you. Human.

The orange fence is attached to the house. I opened the living room window and crumbled a few crackers up, every one came running!!

My dryer vent is right there too, so in the winter the chickens will have warm freshly seated air blowing.

Their own personal blow drier! You need some polish now to see what hairdos they might invent!

I just returned from church, the birds heard my car, and came running out of everywhere toward the gate. (Makes me wish I could just take them to church with me)! Jaffar looks so funny trying to run, with those short feathered legs of his!

Mine just ran to me when I went outside. It's the best feeling!

I LIKE IT! I always have to put on readers to remove ticks from the dog. These would be so handy for chicken care!

Scooby does this to me in bed. He'll hear my alarm go off and then come lay on me and purr l.

It makes it so hard to climb out of bed!

Blossom does the exact opposite. On Saturday morning she even bit me to get me out of bed! However, afternoon naps are a different matter and she will sit on me an press down if I try to move.
