I knew I wouldn't have it exactly right. I'm not much of a scientist & it all gets very confusing very quickly for me.

I used to follow some designer snake breeders on You Tube and some Blogs... there’s quite the advanced genetics involved in some of the patterns, colors, and genes in that industry. Yes I’m officially a Weirdo. Once I got my head around the separate streams for the shell color and the coating, I was able to follow it better. Then you add in the different shades when they deposit the protective bloom and it gets even more interesting! I think that’s what lends the more pink hues (yes... pink @BY Bob )

Wow! I’m glad none of my girls are that well armed... sure, the boys can be jerks, but the hens can get downright mean to each other, I’d hate to see what they might do with those!
