I used to follow some designer snake breeders on You Tube and some Blogs... there’s quite the advanced genetics involved in some of the patterns, colors, and genes in that industry. Yes I’m officially a Weirdo. Once I got my head around the separate streams for the shell color and the coating, I was able to follow it better. Then you add in the different shades when they deposit the protective bloom and it gets even more interesting! I think that’s what lends the more pink hues (yes... pink @BY BobI knew I wouldn't have it exactly right.I'm not much of a scientist & it all gets very confusing very quickly for me.
