Depends on the values of the parents.
There's a little island off the UK called Ireland. A further bit of that is sectioned off.
It's a long story. But, the hatred persits, not because of recent events but because the adults teach the children at an early age to hate. They pass their values down to their children. I can't see that as being good.

How many pictures did that cost me Bob?
Feel free to post as many photos as you want. That felt worth at least one. 😉

Exactly my point, and thankfully those sorts of extreme cases are rare. But that is one of those cases where a parent homeschooling isn’t a good thing. It allows for too much control and influence, and the complete exclusion of differing views. And there’s a whole lot of grey area between that sort of situation and the average homeschooler.

A more realistic example: I have a difference of opinion on religion from my sister-in-law. I worry a little about the degree of indoctrination she is instilling in my niece (orthodox catholic). I was raised more agnostic, but yes I have read the Bible, more than once. I will never interfere with SIL’s choice in raising her child within her morals, ethics, and religion, unless she is actively being harmed by it. I will try to encourage more critical thinking “why do you think God wants, or forbids that”? But I would never approve of having her faith taken from her, Even if I don’t believe it in the same way. When I am visiting with them I observe all their customs, participate in evening bible study, and will attend church services with them when invited. I have more than once had to bite my tongue at very literal and simplistic interpretations of parts of the Bible, or where I felt the meaning of the passage was being corrupted by the individual leading the study group (not clergy, to clarify)
Out of recent pictures... going to have to get busy out there photographing! Here are some Giant Land Chickens instead?View attachment 2413415View attachment 2413415

My favorite Terrorist organization... (sarcasm! All terrorism is bad, even those with “just” causes cannot excuse their actions by them, and I am in no way in favor of any of it to be crystal clear) I say ”favorite” because it seems for the last two decades that everyone has been quite willing to forget they even exist. This is one of the ultimate expressions of white privilege, propaganda, and selective media coverage. Ask most people under the age of 20 and they will have zero clue about the IRA.
I never thought about this. How did this happen? I guess Bill Clinton solved this problem and the world moved on.

And Fluffy Butt Acres is put on Hiatus for a week while we all frantically photograph our chickens for tax purposes! Mine just refuse to pose for me.
Damn! My girls hate having their pictures taken, and they refuse to pose. As soon as they see me aim the camera at them they turn around or run behind another chicken or object.
I got no eggs, and no pictures! Grrr! :rant:idunno
