I have excellent news!

I found a vet that has lots of chicken experience! He is to call me back tomorrow (wasn't in office, but reception chatted with me) to confirm if they do hormone therapy for my little over producer!


The bad news...

The soonest appt I can get is end of August bc he's in high demand.

This is excellent news. Maybe he will have a cancelation and you can get in earlier. He may know another way to knock her reorder system onto the right track.

I think I'm going to just try giving dummy eggs too. Super long shot as she isn't broody, but any little help can't hurt!

Actually all this talk of hitting on cross beams has me thinking I'll need to wear my bike helmet when I eventually get going on the roost build

That settles it then. The bike helmet is now a part of my tradies costume (I say costume instead of uniform because I really am a pretender when it comes to building things )
