Reposting. I updated the previous but you may have already read past.

The Legbar is Gone

She passed around 1:30 my time. Miss Legbar has passed on. We will bury her next to Dusty. 😪😪😪😪😪 😪😪😪😪
Oh, Bob. I am so sorry. I must admit, I’m also a bit angry the post office could let this happen. :hugs

Oh it's good to know there are so many free range tribes!
It's been a pleasant surprise about the areas I've been to just how many people do keep chickens free range. I've seen lots of farms and a number of small gardens with chickens running around doing their thing from Somerset, throuugh Wiltshire and into Devon and on down to Cornwall.:love

Hard though it is to believe, it's summer here in the UK.
What with "The Covid", the lack of aeroplanes in the sky:celebrateand lack of cash for many, camping has become the prefered meansof getting a break.
My daughter and I looked into going camping with a difference. I wanted a campsite that had chickens running about. Surprisingly we found quite a few. In fact, my daughter is at one such campsite now wrestling with a young rooster who seems to think that her sausage breakfast should be shared.
She sent me a couple of pictures. I'm at home on this one looking after Spoko, the dog.
What is/was lovely for me is the chickens at the camp sites we found are properly free range. They campsite owners even warn you that some of the chickens are terrible thieves and not to leave food unattended.:love

And beautiful parts of England to visit in summer. 🤗

No longer Improving

This is as good as the Polish have gotten. I need them to start improving some more. They are very wobbly on their feet and don't come out from under the heat plate.

Oh, gosh, Bob. I can’t read all of this right now, but this is just awful. I hope when I catch up later, you’ve figured something out like following Shad’s advice. I would seriously consider the raw egg. I would literally take a dropper and drip gatorade or raw egg onto their beaks and get a couple drops in to get them started.
