Those steps are amazing. I love that landscape. Them you fill it with beautiful chickens. Just beautiful.

I wish I could claim responsibility for the landscaping. We're slowly working on expanding it. The feathered decorations help with soil amending.

They're fantastic, but slippery when wet/icy. They clear off quickly though. The birds love bouncing down them too.

Good morning. I did not get any mug shots this weekend, but for now, there’s this. I wanted to show you the second gate I was thinking of relocating to the back side of the run under the walnut tree.

Steps are very much on my mind because the Chicken Palace is built on a steep slope and it is quite treacherous for me to go from the top to the bottom in snow or if it gets very wet. Mostly I go through the Chicken Palace, but it might be good for me to have steps.

That would be great. Looks like railroad ties. I am trying to figure out where steps could actually fit - I really love the curve on yours but not sure I have the room for that where I need them. I might just need to use the snow shoes I got at the very end of last season and of course now need to find in the garage!
