Chiquita is a perfect name for this little one, and wow the carrier really shows the scale, she is tiny! Hello, Chiquita!

Yes she really is tiny. She is doing well this morning. I compared her to Poppy, they are the same size. In a way it is comforting as there has been times I've been worried about Poppy's tiny size. I guess I'm just so used to my big girls and Momma hen that anything smaller still sets off alarm bells in my head.

I’m feeling guilty about keeping the chickens locked up in the coop and run. I can’t be outside to keep my eye on them. Little Dakota was very angry and vocal about it too! I took her inside with me so maybe she won’t stay angry too long.

Enough snow has melted and it is warm enough for me to do sentry duty so the Princesses are out and about.
You just can’t keep Maggie out of a muddy puddle!
And yes, before you ask, I do provide plenty of other sources of water.

Hahaha too funny, have the same issue with the horses, they would rather drink from a puddle in the paddock than walk up to the barn and drink from the nice clean water trough...

Everyone is taking advantage of the mild weather, back to the deep freeze tomorrow...

Don't know what's so much fun on Mount Poopmore, but they sure enjoy digging around up there.
