yes, guess is for the black. Need to do some research on the Blue before guessing. Chipmunk is the most common chick color. Speckled Sussex, Welsummer, Partridge (fill in any breed with partridge color), brown leghorn, silver Phoenix, silver Dorking, Twirp (whiting True Blue, but they come in as manycolors as Easter eggers), any breed with no carbon copy color standard (EE, Swedish flower hens, ect). I can say none are feather footed which eliminates Sultans, French Marans (of any color), Brahmas, Cochins, Faveroles, Silkies, and a couple of others. I can also say none are crested (unless small crest) so no Polish, Houdans, crevocoeur, etc. Also no 5 toes, so no Dorkings, etc.
Yeh, you see I don't care if I guess wrong.

did they come from the farm near your house?
Not the same one and a bit further away - but definitely local. There wasn't much transportation stress. At some point on the drive they started peeping loudly so I pulled over and gave them a hand-warmer tucked in a sock and they all cuddled up to it and went to sleep.

Got it!

I'll get the Baytril from All Bird Products and wait for re-stocking. I just wondered if you've heard of the other site and done any business with them. I checked out Chewy which also does not have the items exactly (but I trust them).
I just noticed the other site (Gouldians) has a picture of the same All Bird Products bag, but it is fuzzy and unreadable. That is a a red flag. Then, more importantly, I compared the description which says 30g tylosin and 15g amoxicillin per 100g. That is not the same as the All Bird Products bag which is readable and has on there 10g tylosin, 15g amoxicillin. Hmmm I'll pass on the Gouldians web site, don't want to fool around with these kinds of things.
Got email notices of Amoxy-Tyl in-stock twice at All Bird Products but was too late the first time, actually snagged it today.

Ohhhh my goodness, that's cute.
Actually it was even more cute. When I brought them into the house and opened up the little basket I had them in there were only two. Of course I went into a panic.
Turned out the little black one had crawled inside the sock and was sound asleep in there nice and toasty!
