Food drive was successful. I even have some food for myself. Plus 2 big bags of pistachios Plenty of people showed up to help us also.

Oooooh, you might have a boy there. In the first pic, the front-most one seems to have quite a bit of comb and a cockerel stance. Also has pretty rugged looking legs, but the other chick isn't positioned well enough to compare well. Anyone else want to confirm/negate? @rural mouse is usually pretty good at this , @BY Bob , too (when it isn't Jabberewocky!) (& @RebeccaBoyd , but I'm not sure if she is back on yet. )

So happy for you, but jealous! We have been expecting a storm since last night. Cloudy and hot here today. We had that 15 min last week and nothing else since the beginning of july.

Today it was an Ann Murray song day with Spread your Tiny Wings and Fly Away, in honour of Fluffy’s face plant last night off the roost.

This weekend I really need to lower those roosts.
