Was a bitter sweet xmas. My father in law. My only dad was here and got me rooster and chicken poop chapstick. But we just found out he has non small cell lung cancer stage 4. Its in his lungs and throat and other places. I went through the same thing with my dad.

I have nothing to say other than I hope I've baked your ham and I'll see you in half an hour with chicken and cat photos. Boy, do I got something to tell you all!
Also, I'm not eating popcorn. I'm eating almonds and cheese wedges but I know what the smilie is trying to say.

Well she looked ok in that photo you posted - and I guess she must be warm enough otherwise I am sure she would abandon the nest. Every time I think of her I shake my head!

But have to say every day she is doing ok makes me a bit more expectant of hopefully an ok out come.

Just praying for good weather- no more cold, no rain, no snow…

A hen might die trying to hatch. If she becomes hypothermic she won't move - that's the warmest spot nearby, then can't. I do hope she hatches safely and is no worse for the wear, but I am very worried for her with these temps!
