Goodness look at the difference between Glynda and LF!
Good thing I read ahead before posting because I was about to type nearly the same commentGoodness look at the difference between Glynda and LF!
I think Eli has a similar build to Glynda.
Walmart sells Neapolitan ice cream bars. (Just saying)The hatchery I found here in Ontario breeds them (they deal with 'rare & unusual' breeds).
I wanted Cream Legbars but they have them listed as 'unavailable' now. Not sure why.... maybe they will relist them by the time I get home.
What I really wanted from them was the Sultans - but they only sell them as 'straight run'. I can't take the risk of getting Roos with the chicks. My luck I would be like @RebeccaBoyd and get all Roos(sorry Rebecca
).
UPDATE: Oh Darn It! They only sell them as straight run - well darn it!
This is getting very complicated - Hmmmmm.
Here is the price list for Performance Poultry what they have available.
Chupacabra. Gotta be.Does this work?
I think I fixed it in the original post too. Having some tech issues - would value your opinion if you can now see it.
Awww, precious little friendHappy was not 100% thrilled with me giving her breakfast this morning. She finally settled down to eat but did not eat as much as she does for my brother. I spent a hour with her and put her up and left her alone until the vet left. After that I went back in and got her back out and she settled down to eat some of her pellets. The little demon bit me twice. Once on the ear and once on my knuckle. When she is mad she knows where the tender spots are. She drew blood on the knuckle. This is only the 2nd time since she has been home that she has ever bit hard enough to draw blood. I think now that Carla is back in class and she has some early morning ones this time around I am going to have to insist on feeding her breakfast a few times a week even if one or both are still here.

Looks like good productive hens if you ask meAdding ground cover seed doesn’t work around here. Look at that devastation:

Its amazing to me how those tiny little chirpy nuggets turn into these big, fluffy personalities. I love it. I cant wait to get more chicks. My first 5 hens will be 2 years old in May. Thinking of adding more is very exciting. Definitely not buying them from Tractor Supply, and definitely not having them shipped. Those babies are adorable!,Eeeeee, so cute!
Well Z seems to be doing ok. She is still coming up for morning treats which is really good, I was worried she may get more stand-offish with him gone. I have been having a rough time, partially from losing him and partially from DH and I both dealing with medical issues. Thanks for asking.
I do hope that cat is ok. Not eating isn’t good, please try to get her to a vet if that goes in for more than a day or so.
So glad he will be ok.
Sorry I haven’t posted much lately, but I have been following along when I can.
