The irony of it being put to the top of the list because it was so late making it undeliverable is so big company that it almost had to be expected.

Perishable cargo delivered too late. Reminds me of the USPS losing my chicks.

Are they flying about and running like mad things?

Piglet knows you are their mama - my kiddos will follow me, if you put them out of the pen they should follow you also - after they have their mad running about!

Actually they seem to believe that I exist solely to murder them. However Pigletine is prepared to risk being murdered for the sake of food or a photo opp.

Oh my gosh hahahahaha

I found getting down on the ground so they can see all of me worked well. Even my youngsters, scream bloody murder if I try to get hold of them. But I just hold them for a few seconds till they settle done. Now they hop onto my hand to be lifted from their bin, or just flap to the edge and fly off themselves

And once they are loose in the barn they run around like mad things. Marty is the only one I worry about, she ACTIVELY hunts them down to try and get them. But they are smart and know to run and hide. I never would have thought Marty would be the aggressor, I would have figured Dorothy or Blanche and she looks just like those velociraptors on Jurassic Park head down into stealth hunting mode!

But it reeks in the bathroom after she puts it on. Not to mention dryer sheets. I tried reading the ingredients (one of my bad habits) and my eyes teared up and wouldn't function right.

And the youngsters out and about today, it’s chilly here at 3c but no snow instead still raining. I had to go back to putting the insulated rain sheets on the mares they were just freezing!

I am pitying the poor swallows, what are they eating?

Anyways here are the youngsters

Dominica was actually sitting down in the doorway. My sister then came over, scooped her up, and ruined everything. I'm going to have to get Josey to trust me again. She does not anymore like she used to because my sister keeps bothering her in my room.

UPS found the package. They then tried to deliver it at 6am this morning. To a business address. Naturally they werent open.
They will try again the next business day.
That will be three days after I paid for it to be delivered and outside the window when they can do the avian leukosis test.
My fury knows no bounds!

I would be furious too! Glad you’re going to call, I think asking to speak with a manager is not uncalled for in this situation. The regular phone reps may not be able to do anything but the manager may be able to get it redelivered today but you have to let your irritation show and be a squeaky wheel . I myself really dislike being impolite to anyone but sometimes its the only way to get it done!

So cute! Love the videos, my daughter is home sick today and was giggling at their antics

Creek has been running full. Looks like it overflowed Saturday or Sunday along the fence line on the left. Sometime during the night, it overflowed upstream, too. When I got up this morning, it was snaking partway across the pasture in the middle. Now it has joined the other part. This means we've had a fast melt on the heights.

I was aiming for a thirsty pic....Belladonna was perched on top of the tire. Brahmas can fly...pretty well!
