One of the small luxuries of retirement is that I can keep my phone turned off almost all the time.

Oh, I hope TSC has some chicks. I gonna go there in just a little. I'm in town, so why not?
I can only imagine...
I walk into TSC, and go straight to the chicks. I look at my mom and say, "I'll get rid of the eggs if you let me get these. I'll put them under Willow, and take the eggs."
Haha, if only. I can try! I don't think that I would get rid of the eggs though. As tempted I would be to get chicks.
I may if they have Silkies or Polishes though....

Thank you, it's one of their favorite- the trees offer abundant shade and plenty of spaces for digging and dust bathing.

That depends entirely on what it's saying...

I went with eyeliner pencil for marking the eggs. If it's safe enough for my eyes, it's safe enough for my chickens. Now to give them back to Eenie. July 13 is 21 days. I'll candle them in a few days.

TSC had NOTHING that I needed. The only thing it had that was on my list was Chick food.
It didn't have Vetercyn, Betadine, or Permethrin. So now I need to get all of that on Amazon or something. So annoying. They had cute chicks though.
Black Sex Link Pullets, RIR Pullets, Buff Orphington Pullets, and Brahma Pullets. They also had some Buff Orphington Straight Runs.
There was only one BSL left. Poor thing. It stuck out around the RIR and BO's.

My cousin's boy just dropped by That's my cousin who gave me Blanche, Penelope and Sophia. He always drops by to see his girls when he is down here
