Need to go find my cat, and lecture my almost 80 yr old mother about driving after dark, not paying attention and causing me stress!

I have tried to feed Sir Jaffar. I tried everything from steak to shrimp tails. Hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs. He drank a few sips of medicated water. But that was it.
Rubbing his throat with my finger seemed painful to him.

If you have some low dose aspirin you might give him half of one - if he isn’t feeling well it may help him. I always believe in pain control - if you’re in pain you don’t want to eat or sleep well.

Yeah... It'll probably be at a different time though... it's all about timing really.
I think there was another partial solar eclipse sometime last year. It was really dim here and the chickens thought it was weird.

Need to go find my cat, and lecture my almost 80 yr old mother about driving after dark, not paying attention and causing me stress!

I’ll let my mum wander around outside for about 15 or so minutes then I guess I will have to get dressed and go out to see if I can find her.

My mother is very annoying in her not paying attention - she is always slashing her fingers when cooking, or burning herself with the over, last night she tromped on my toes (she is ALWAYS doing that never watches we’re she goes), she is always falling down tripping over things, and tonight she didn’t come home till after dark from her casino day.

She swore three ways till Sunday she didn’t let the cat out - but I know her - she doesn’t pay attention to detail. She likely didn’t watch and the cat slipped out. And now I will have to go and be up all night worrying about the darn animal. Otherwise she will be coyote food.

Can’t wait till my sister moves in so SHE can take over worrying about her. Only problem is I’ll likely end up having to care for both their butts
