That would be me today, I need to throw the manure up onto the top with the manure fork. Then I can redo the path I use to push the wheelbarrow up there. Good exercise!

Yes - I was thinking of going down to TSC and trying to get some dark Brahma chicks and sneaking them across the border! But they chirp so much it just wouldn’t work even if I shoved them under my seat

Yes. I’m the roo now. Shadrach has given me some good advice about roosters. I am very close to the chicks. And if one is a rooster. I will back him up, while he grows into adulthood.

This morning I saw Mr Pompeii chase Bert up the alleyway - I just hope one day Bert doesn’t decide to turn around and fight

Hanging nipple waterer works great for me, I show them how it works and they learn it fast. Nobody ever gets soaked. Neighbors use a long tube with nipples inserted for their meat birds. @LhickenChicken

My chooks love hanging out by the water hose and catching the drips - it’s like a game for them even my cat love playing this game in the bathroom - I am bad I let the water drip for her so she can play with it
